At Entry level, we provide all the essentials and we help get your business going. You’ll have access to the full spectrum of our services.

Standard

  • Do you need a short reaction time for your requests?
  • Would you like us to manage up to 10 servers?
  • Are you intersted in our 24/7 monitoring services at a higher level of quality?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then this plan is a good choice for you!

This is the basic plan fitting for most medium and small businesses. Each month, you’ll have 5 tickets to use as you please – either as consulting hours or requests.

Requests are signals from you that you need an extra service – for example installing a database, assigning a new domain to a server or optimizing your service response time. We will complete regular tasks such as installing system updates or creating backups of your data without prompting. This won’t diminish your monthly consulting/request limit.

Premium

  • Do you have between 10 and 20 virtual machines?
  • Does your infrastructure require every-day maintenance?
  • Are reaction time and service availability really important to you?
  • Do you lose money with every minute your server is down?
  • Do you have a large number of servers, but aren’t sure whether all of them undergo backup procedures and necessary security measures?

If your answer to any of these questions is yes, the Premium plan is for you.

We guarantee a 30-minute reaction time to your requests and Level 2 monitoring services. You’ll have our full support and we’ll provide you with periodic analyses of your infrastructure costs and possible optimizations.

Each month, you’ll have 15 tickets to use as you please – either as consulting hours or requests.

If your answer to any of these questions was ‘yes’, then our Corporate plan is definitely for you.

You’ll have access to our top-level services. We guarantee a 15-minute reaction time to your requests and Level 3 monitoring. We’ll manage all of your virtual machines, even if there are hundreds of them.

Each month, you’ll have 60 tickets to use as you please – either as consulting hours or requests. Additionally, a dedicated consultant will be assigned to you and available 24/7. He or she will have in-depth knowledge of your systems and be able to react to your needs quickly and effectively.
