Contact in connection with data processing

In connection with matters relating to the processing and protection of personal data, contact point under e-mail address: contact@centuria.pl has been established. The contact in abovementioned cases is also possible via traditional mail sent to controller’s address with the note: “Personal Data Protection” as well as directly at ul. Sarmacka 11, Poznań (61-616).

 

Purpose and legal basis for data processing

Personal data provided by you shall be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Performing the sales and purchase or service provision contract – the processing is necessary for the contract to be performed until its expiration – Art. 6 point 1 letter B GDPR*
  2. Financial and accounting – the processing is necessary for implementing the provisions of tax law – Art. 6 point 1 letter C) GDPR*
  3. Defense against claims and pursuing claims – until the expiry of the claims according to the provisions of the Civil Code – Art. 6 point 1 letter F GDPR*.
  4. Managing complaint procedures – Art. 6 point 1 letter B and C RODO*
  5. Direct marketing – until the expiry of the contract or lodging an objection, Art. 6 point 1 letter F GDPR*. The data is processed for marketing purposes realized by electronic means takes place basing on the consent expressed by you, legal basis: Art. 6 point 1 letter A GDPR*.

Providing your personal data is completely voluntary. Failure to provide personal data shall result in the impossibility to fully perform the obligations assumed by Centuria Sp. z o.o. within the framework of agreements concluded with you.

 

Period of processing the data

Personal data referred to in subsections 1-4 shall be processed for the duration of the contract as well as after its expiry in order to fulfill legal obligations related to accounting (5 years after the end of the financial year) or for the period of duration of the warranties/claims.

Personal data processed for marketing purposes (subsection 5) shall be processed according to the information submitted in the consent or until the consent is withdrawn.

 

Entities to which the data is transferred

In view of the necessity to make appropriate organization available to us, e.g. in connection with IT infrastructure, or current issues connected with our activity as entrepreneurs, personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

The data shall not be transferred to third countries.

 

Rights referring to personal data

You have the right to access the content of your data as well as to correct it, remove it, limit its processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to lodge an objection (for example when the data is processed basing on your consent or for marketing purposes or for making your data available); you have the right to withdraw your consent any time. In order to withdraw the consent you may contact the customer service point in our seat or in the office at ul. Sarmacka 11, Poznań (61-616) or send an e-mail to the address: contact@centuria.pl. You have also the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Legal basis

*GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
