Providing by you the personal data in the scope resulting from Art. 22 of the Labor Code (enumerated in point 1) is necessary in order to take part in the recruitment process. Providing the data specified in subsection 2 is voluntary.
Centuria Sp. z o.o. shall process your personal data also during subsequent recruitment processes when you give consent to it (Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR), which shall be withdrawn any time.
Personal data shall be processed during the entire recruitment process as well as for 30 days after it comes to its end. When this period expires, it will be deleted.
Your data shall be transferred exclusively to the persons authorized by Centuria Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością for the processing of data within the scope of performance of their professional duties and entities with whom Centuria Limited Company cooperates in the proper implementation of the recruitment process (e.g. entities enabling the creation of own tests and online testing).
The data shall not be transferred to third countries.
You have the right to access the content of your data as well as to correct it, remove it, limit its processing, the right to transfer your data, the right to lodge an objection (for example when the data is processed basing on your consent or for marketing purposes or for making your data available); you have the right to withdraw your consent any time. In order to withdraw the consent you may contact the customer service point in our seat or in the office at ul. Sarmacka 11, Poznań (61-616) or send an e-mail to the address: email@example.com. You have also the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
